Come along and see behind the scenes of a newborn shoot with a live model. Hilary will be showing newborn posing and styling techniques, baby wrapping, settling and angles. You’ll also see which equipment is used, choosing the right props, lighting techniques and tips to transition through different setups.
Biography
Hilary has 9 years experience as a full time professional newborn photographer and has photographed over 1000 newborns. She graduated from Edith Cowan University where she studied Photomedia, Marketing and Creative Services. She is an Associate accredited member of the Australian Institute of Professional Photography.
Hilary was awarded the 2019 AIPP Australian Newborn Photographer of the year finalist at APPA. She has also been a finalist in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 WA Newborn Photographer of the Year as well as finalist for 2016 WA Family Photographer of the Year.
