Biography
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree (BFA) from the Dunedin School of Art in New Zealand, is a Master Photographer with the New Zealand Institute of Professional Photography (NZIPP) she’s invited regularly to judge at both State and National AIPP and NZIPP awards and is an international award winning photographer and author. She has published two photographic art books which celebrate the lives and abilities of children living with rare conditions and disabilities.
